Introduction

Planning, Inc. is a minority owned, service disabled, veteran owned small training company specializing in human resource needs by providing information to Government employees on retirement and financial planning. We have been in business since 1982 successfully conducting these seminars. In 2009, we expanded our scope of instruction to encompass leadership development training and succession planning by building strategic alliances with organizations and independent contractors who are experts at delivering this type of instruction. In 2011, we teamed with an experienced Federal Government contractor to provide security systems maintenance at Government facilities.
