Executive Coaching: Our highly skilled coaches help facilitate learning and behavioral results for clients by (1) enhancing their awareness of their own strengths and weaknesses, the needs of their organization and staff and their ability to establish and sustain critical collaborative relationships; (2) guiding the definition and design of actions, plans and goal setting, and (3) managing progress and accountability. Leadership Assessment: Planning, Inc. provides Leadership Assessments which identify leadership gaps and strengths, and focuses training initiatives on developing strengths and filling in gaps. Tools such as MBTI, EQi and EQ-360 degree assessments are compelling because individuals are often unable to see themselves as others see them and, as such, may be unaware of behaviors that can have a negative impact on their organization. Succession Planning: Planning, Inc. provides a nationally recognized faculty of Human Capital Management and Leadership Succession Planning experts to assist clients with the identification, development and training of "Next Generation Leaders". Succession planning is a challenging and complex process, particularly in the Federal sector, but one that holds significant value if an organization aspires to maintain a strong cadre of capable leaders to ensure a high level of organization performance. Succession planning requires a solid understanding of the current workforce, as well as the ability to forecast changing workforce demands.
