PLANning, Inc. is a dynamic, independent, minority and service disabled owned small business training company specializing in human resource needs with particular emphasis on providing information to government employees on retirement benefits, financial and estate planning, lifestyle transition and health in retirement. PLANning, Inc. has organized and delivered over 3,000 programs to a wide variety of federal/state agencies since 1982 reaching more than 100,000 participants. In addition to these programs, we provide one-on-one retirement benefits counseling for federal employees when requested by their agencies.
